This place is a bit of a gem, right in the Champagne triangle and not too distant from all the main sights in the area. The house is big and our room upstairs had an incredible atmosphere with exposed wood beams, enourmous bathroom and shower and the decor was tidy and clean. The host had a choice of restaurants to suggest which were ordered for distance in an hand written book which is a nice touch. The included breakfast was enough for 10 people and the choice was almost endless. Would 1000% recommend.

We chose this for a quiet night stay at the end of our holiday. The room was beautifully decorated to a high standard, with a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath. We had a dip in the pool, which was clean and warm. It is just next to a river and we went for a lovely evening stroll along the river and countryside. It is a very peaceful and beautiful location.

The property was super nice decorated, cosy and authentic. The finishing was super neat, nothing was damaged, everything was working. We had a beautiful breakfast outside on the wooden terrace. The location is great, close to Epernay. The village is beautiful!. Mrs Benedicte is super host, she made our stay so special. Merci!

The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful- making a delayed journey far more enjoyable. The pool is a delight, the relaxed atmosphere valuable. Yes, you can buy champagne and drink it by the pool but a picnic is equally acceptable. Rooms are beautiful, tasteful and a treat.

Our room was lovely and clean. While talking to the owner, we were impressed when we found out that he renovated the place himself. we took many beautiful pictures at the stay. The friendly pets at the stay is a bonus for the kids. Every morning and evening they have to spend time outside playing with the cat and their two dogs. There wasn't any TV in the room which is excellent for us as we can spend quality time as a family or have the kids run around the garden. We had a very good for value lunch at a nearby Michelin star restaurant. We spend time at a family owned Champagne Daniel Dumont tour which is very educational to both adults and children. Bought their wines back to Singapore too!

Very comfortable, peaceful stay. Stylish, spacious room, with quality bedding and towels. Very clean. Breakfast room is lovely, with a compact but comprehensive kitchenette area for you to prepare lunches or dinners. Charming hostess.

The warm, friendly welcome, the beautiful garden and views from the room, being able to sit quietly on the balcony. The pretty chic room which had everything that we needed. Breakfast was beautifully presented and very nice. We enjoyed the peace and calm and would definitely recommend Clos du Mont Rouge. It was very close to Le Bec Fin restaurant.

Everything was excellent. Very well appointed and presented room in a great location. The homemade grape jam was a nice touch and delicious. The owner is friendly, helpful and speaks very good English.

Good communication from Arnaud, and a nice welcome pack on arrival! He also very kindly made recommendations for dinner and also the bookings!! Super-friendly host ☺️ Very large and comfortable room with enormous bathroom (cool design!!)!! Christelle who made us breakfast every day was very friendly and charming. We attended a tasting on-site with some other people who were returning and loved the stories behind Arnaud’s journey into the family business and his personal touches with the different varieties of Champagne… really interesting!!
