This property is a 5 star luxury spa experience. It is stylish, has contemporary decor, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub is a huge bonus. The host of this property is so welcoming, helpful and their attention to detail made our stay very special. Epernay town centre is a 10 minute walk away, close to the champagne house tours. Definitely recommend to stay.

Lovely guest house, felt luxurious, loved the toiletries, very good breakfast. Staff were lovely and were very helpful. This is an old building, and so parts are newly modernised, but certain areas are old, like the creaky floorboards, doors don't close properly, but only a small complaint, still enjoyed the stay.

A classic B&B - you stay at the host's house - in central Épernay. Easy walking distance to everything in the center, and easy off-the street parking on the same street. Laure is an exceptional host, gives great ideas and advice and even booked a restaurant for me. A lovely bonus: a glass of champagne awaits you upon arrival! The bed was comfortable, and in spite of the central location, the room was quiet so I slept very well. I loved the room service breakfast, a delicious a and tranquil start to the new day. Warmly recommended.

We just loved the place. The suite (Brigitte Bardot) was amazing, the bed super comfortable and the welcome bottle of Champagne was the cherry on top. Breakfast was perfect, and set out such a way to minimise food waste (so very progressive and eco-friendly). We loved the fact that there are only 3 suites, so you felt more like staying privately, as part of the family, opposed to being a hotel guest. That it is part of Besserat de Bellefont is an added plus, allowing us to sit outside and have a glass of BB Champagne and a chat with the staff (and even the CEO).

Hi we got there about 10 mins late! The hotel was locked it was a Sunday night. Ther was a no to ring on the door bell a lady came in her car and let us in . We were the only guests in the hotel which was fine. She showed us were to eat it was fab it’s called Le bank 2 minutes walk from door of hotel. It was a lovely hotel.

    Location excellent being in the historic city centre and only 4 mins walk from Avenue de Champagne. Beautiful property and really comfortable bed. Our room was Papillon which was cheapest but had everything you could need and had ample space for 2 people. Just one point - if you have mobility problems there are no rooms on the ground floor and there is no lift. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Overall would really recommend and would definitely stay again.
