Very french style and stylish in any way. Warm and welcoming. The breakfast was a english-french one - croissant, pain-au-chocolat, baguette, juice, cheese, butter, jam and marmelade. Everything was really delicious, especially the parts from the bakery! Adorable! Tea and coffee we could make by ourselves. The little kitchen was really useful. A very quiet place in a big city and very near to M11 (Metro line) what brought us to the city center within 20 minutes.

An easy walk (even on a warm day) to Sacre Coeur, also for a 7 year old child. A beautifully renovated old Parisian building, superbly quiet and clean. Breakfast was ample continental fare, with a selection of (French) cheeses, bread and fruit, juice, coffee, hot chocolate. The breakfast setting had an intimate, homey feel. Communication on arrival required internet ( WhatsApp) or a SIM card (phone), and the cafe Ola, a block up, was a lovely place for a refreshment and internet. We were able to get a perfect night's sleep, even with the windows open. Walking to Sacre Coeur through the local neighborhoods was (for us) a welcome change from the more heavily touristy areas. We found Maison Geranium a peaceful.oasis of calm ...even in Paris during the opening days of the Olympics! And the host spoke perfect English (as well as French, of course). It was also a very short and easy walk to a metro station, to explore other parts of Paris. We (a mother and 7 year old) comfortably and easily walked the neighborhood.

What a wonderful place! Maxime, the host, is such a kind and helpful person – very warm and welcoming. He prepares breakfast himself, which is quite rare nowadays. The house is beautiful, with lovely details and a great overall atmosphere. It is located very close to the metro station, in a calm and safe area. I truly hope to come back!

I stayed here for a few days while visiting Paris, and it was a wonderful experience! The host was lovely and super helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. There was nice tea and coffee available for breakfast, which was a great touch. The room was really clean, and the bathroom was spotless every morning. The water pressure was excellent, and the bed was very comfy with a nice, cozy duvet — perfect after a long day of exploring the city. Some people told me this area wasn’t great, but I actually found it really nice and comfortable. The apartment is right above a metro station, which made getting around so easy, and there’s a great taco place and a bakery open early just downstairs. For the location and quality, the price was really good — great value for money. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!
