A nice old apartment, the interior is tastefully decorated. Surrounded by a peaceful garden with a lot of greenery. It is a real retreat to get away from the busy tourist area. The nearest metro station Telegraphe is just around 2 - 3 mins walk away. Alternatively is to walk leisurely to Pyrenees or Belleville station, through some interesting neighborhoods with a number of bakery and grocery shops. A good way to experience a real local Parisian daily life without tourists. The connection to the main tourist attractions is easy to navigate by metro and mostly within half an hour journey. We are happy to have made the choice to stay here for our trip to Paris. After a 4 days stay, we just feel like home 🙂

A cosy , luxurious, safe heaven in Paris. There is no no for an answer , there is only yes or I find a solution for you. I could check in early in the morning, and that gave me the opportunity to enjoy Paris at its fullest. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean, with a nice view, and the bed was super comfy! Breakfast was a feast for the eyes and the senses, and the lady wo served it was extremely friendly and kind. I was also very thankful that I could wait for my taxi with a book on the sofa in the living room. Another very positive aspect is the little book in the room with restaurants tipp. I tried one of the restaurants ( Sable ), and it was great 👍 I really recommend La Villa, and I can't wait to go back! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Nacef for the wonderful accommodation, which complemented our positive impressions of Paris. We arrived in Paris from Ukraine for a 5-day vacation without any expectations. The check-in conditions are the best I have encountered anywhere in the world — the owner sends very clear instructions, there are no surprises or unexpected deposits. The apartment is in a very convenient location. The street itself has a great atmosphere, with different colors that lift your spirits. There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as interesting establishments and bars. We especially recommend the Dixieme Degre bar, which is right next to the house and is owned by a very interesting Corsican and artist named Miki. Every evening we returned home late at night and had no safety issues. For example, we walked to the Montmartre district and returned from there around midnight. Along the way, there were many cool places with lots of young people, where we stopped. The main thing is to avoid the two train stations that are on the route. Although this did not scare us, because we are from Ukraine :)) The area where the apartment is located is multinational (no russians) there are traditional bakeries, kebab shops, and chinese stores. A 10-minute walk away is the blue metro line, which is convenient for getting to the main attractions of Paris. The apartment itself is very fresh, it feels like it has been recently renovated. It looks better in real life than in the photos. It has everything you need (stove, microwave, dishes, TV with internet). The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we slept well. Just note one thing: if you are taller than 170cm", it may be a bit cramped for you (both in the bathroom and on the sofa). But this was not a problem for us, as we are slim and compact. I would gladly come back here again!

Our first trip to Paris was absolutely unforgettable, thanks in large part to this wonderful apartment. The location was ideal – everything was within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious, with a large private room and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). The experience of living in an authentic French apartment was exactly what we were hoping for. A special highlight were the breakfasts with fresh pastries and a selection of cheeses – a true delight! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you so much Christine ♥️

Remy & Odile Have an absolute haven here in Paris! The attention to detail exceeded our expectations. I had booked for my granddaughters 18th birthday treat and what a treat it was! Remy & Odile gave her a gift at breakfast, very kind and considerate couple who are very interested in their visitors. We had fresh flowers, wine and amazing home baking on arrival. I have never experienced such a warm welcome any other place apart from home. 10 out of 10 for everything they do.
