Everything...it's a stunning location. Just minutes away by car from the 2 nearby towns of Vence and Saint Paul de Vence which are beautiful. Also you can walk there By a short cut through the forest which is a lovely walk . Beatrice and Meer were so kind to me. The room and facilities were very comfortable and clean, A really lovely house and garden and a great place to relax by the pool in the afternoon and then go and explore in the evening. I will be back again hopefully very soon. Merci ☺️

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home! No request was too big or small, from delivering an Iron and an Ironing board, to beach towels and to even allow us to stay way after checkout since our plans changed, I have rarely experienced a host as warm and kind as this! Located in a quiet street just a quick walk from the beach and restaurants this was truly a beautiful stay with a lovely little tree covered terrace area to relax! The small kitchen had everything we needed. Can highly recommend!

We've had 4 perfect nights at Terry and Laura's B&B called 'Mas des Arts'. Both of them are so kind and you can really feel they have a passion for what they do. This is the first time that the place in real life was even better looking than the pictures. The surroundings of this place are amazing. To have breakfast at the quiet pool-side of the B&B, with the birds whistling around you, is magical. Breakfast includes everything you wish for, and more. Fresh fruit, bread and local cheese, good coffee, eggs the way you like them, etc. The place is located 20 minutes from Nice and 10-15 minutes from St. Paul de Vence. Both must-visits! We recommend others to rent a car, but Uber is available in this place. The rooms are brand-new with everything you need. Modern bathroom, lots of closet-space, quiet airconditioning. The bed is comfortable with luxurious linnen and sheets. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will 100% come back and recommend you to family and friends.

The owner/founder has created a beautiful contemporary art space with a small number of rooms attached to it and set in a gorgeous garden. All rooms are decorated beautifully with mid-century furniture and unique artworks, We loved it! It is calm, very special and unique. The cafe/restaurant is equally beautiful and the food very tasty. Overall, all staff on the premises are super friendly and helpful. Everything is less than 10min away by foot from the village centre. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect, We will be back for sure.

We loved everything. The location and excellent breakfasts every day, with fresh pressed juice, different pastries, cheese, ham, eggs, fruit and more! Great tea selection.
