Had a very lovely stay here, short but sweet. Clear instructions were sent a few days before our arrival with postcode, entry codes, room number etc. Parking right outside. The room was lovely and cosy, a little warm but there were instructions on how to turn it down, the WiFi code all written down clearly and was super fast. We had tea, coffee and milk in the room with some very delicious cookies! The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was really nice also with various options available. The owner was polite and helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely consider here.

The Galaxy is in a great location and easy to find. It's spacious and comfortable with everything you need, including tea bags and milk! Ran by a lovely family, we only stayed one night but would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay

Lovely clean house, room, beds are made daily towels fresh and clean daily. I mentioned about couldn't see the sign because of the hedge, 2 days later the hedge was cut back and the sign was in full view

A gorgeous traditional property with beautifully maintained exterior and gardens. We couldn’t have felt anymore welcomed from even before we arrived as I contacted ahead of our stay to reserve parking and ask if we could arrive a little earlier. So helpful and friendly. Wonderful. Met by Paul for breakfast and he was a pleasure to talk with. He shared about the family of swans that came to eat each morning. He went above and beyond expectations by assisting us to get documents to get an emergency passport! Also, the evening gal at the desk was very helpful too. We loved sitting by the fire with a drink in the evening.
