The lady Erika who prepares the breakfast is very welcoming, understanding and efficient. She confirmed my choice of how the breakfast was to be made every morning.

The breakfast was exceptional for a continental Included a variety of pastries, fresh coffee,cereal, toast, fruit and yogurt, jams and butter The staff was amazingl, they are a wonderful group No TV was wonderful we made time for walks in the evening to explore the grounds and sat in the book shop and read. very peaceful and quiet One night when we were there there was concert in the chapel a lovely addition to our stay.

Great atmosphere in the cosy pub for locals and visitors alike and decorated with antiques and serving great ales and wines. Dog friendly Very clean facilities and charming decoration in the room. Great location within a short walk of the city centre. Good parking. Quiet. Very good decor throughout - a lot of trouble had been taken to make it smart and comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff.
