Stephen, the host was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows (my pet peeve when staying away from home) were perfect. The studio had a very comfortable sofa and a nice table and comfy chair to sit at whilst working at my computer. There was a coffee machine and plates etc... The bathroom/rain-forest shower were exceptional. There's a TV with Netflix (although I used my computer - the wifi worked great).

so many good things to tell you. All the staffs were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Everyone slept very well. Towels were very fluffy and soft. Hand soap and lotion had very nice scent which I really liked it. Night light in the bathroom was very helpful too. The hotel price is very reasonable. The pub accommodated all the food allergies kids and i had (gluten and dairy). And the food was so delicious.

The only "bad" experience we had was a false fire alarm that went off during 2 nights of the stay but the manager was gracious to refund us the stay for those 2 nights.

Everything was fantastic John and Lyn the host's made us feel so welcome and couldn't do more for us even a little treat of scones and cream when we come back after a long day out so nice.
