I think that this place had the best of both worlds. The friendliness of a B+B, just the right amount but with the independence of a hotel. The rooms are a good size and the location is perfect.

Loved our one night stay at Stepping Stones. Julie was so welcoming offering coffee, cake and biscuits on arrival. Full English breakfast was excellent. Had a comfortable room with a lovely view over the river. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent cooked breakfast included. We ate dinner in the pub and it was very good. Great location about a mile from the end of the Northumberland Coast Walk. You can walk there from Cresswell or catch a bus. There is a bus stop outside the pub with a regular service to Newcastle There is a grocery store opposite the pub.

The Auction House is situated in Morpeth, 23 km from Northumbria University, 23 km from Theatre Royal, and 24 km from Newcastle Train Station.

It was cosy, comfy, clean and relaxing. The staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was lovely.

The Premier Lodge is just 2 minutes’ walk from Morpeth town centre, which includes the famous Sandersons Arcade - a 30-million pound shopping centre.

Was brilliant and clean only thing is where me and my partner was staying didn't have a mirror so had to go in to another room where my girls were staying as had long mirror Staff are very nice and helpful very good value for money
