We needed somewhere to stay that was close to the property we are renovating, and it was ideal . The room was very clean and modern deco . The modern bathroom was lovely, and shower pressure was good . The owner was very informative on where best to eat etc . Would definitely recommend staying in these rooms .

Stayed here as we were travelling up for a wedding, the hosts were really accommodating and the room was lovely, we didn't get the chance to use the pool area on this trip, but we will definitely stay here again when we are next visiting family.

Me and my Fiancé had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Lakenhow for a long weekend. Room was cosy and very spacious with amazing views of the sea, especially during sunset! Location is great if you’re not looking for a tourist heavy spot. It’s also a short drive away from Wasdale for anyone who’s planning to hike up Scafell Pike! Overall we loved the room and would definitely come back in the future.
