On opening the room door we discovered a double bed, i thought I booked a twin room, no problem, the ever helpful girl behind the bar said give us a few minutes, we had a drink in the nice sunny beer garden and hey presto, a twin room! All the bar staff were very friendly, helpful and good fun, despite the place being busy.

The staff were very friendly and the room very clean, loved the lit up mirror. Breakfast was huge and very tasty Bed so comfy, I didn't want to get up. Meal in restaurant amazing and great value for money. Will definetly be staying here again on our next visit to Chester zoo.

It was excellent and the whole property felt very well run. We stayed in the courtyard which had a length of patio providing furniture for every unit. The area was very well maintained gardens are neat and everything is ship shape! The access is well lit and parking is easy too. Staff very attentive. Perfect. Plus -Excellent Breakfast!
