The young host welcomed us warmly, poured our beer, served our meals and made sure we were well take care of. The food was excellent. Our room opened to the garden. The village is gorgeous. A perfect stay.

Have booked The Horse and Panniers before for a family member to stay in. As before we were able to join our family for breakfast. Lovely place to stay and a great breakfast. We'll be back.

Everything , it was absolutely beautiful. So relaxing and peacefully relaxing. The facilities were amazing, the surroundings were amazing. Unfortunately we only had one night there but would love to go back for at least a week. Everyone was so friendly, facilities were exceptional. I cannot praise Spanhoe Lodge enough. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from everything and relax, I recommend Spanhoe Lodge.
