Great location and all the things you need to have a great time. Walking distance inside the holiday park there is a hill where you can watch the incredible sunset, plus all the paths to go and have great walks. Restaurant, pub, little shop and everything just 2 min walking distance from the caravan. 100% recommended, perfect to share with friends. The host was very nice and available at anytime. Amazing place and very affordable.

We visited Calm Sea Guesthosue with our young children and we had a wonderful stay. The room was beautifully clean, comfortable and included little extras such as sweets and games for the children and fresh milk in the fridge. Trish and Mel were beyond accommodating and lovely - they went above and beyond to make our time perfect. They even washed our son’s very sandy and wet coats for us, helped us with our bags, gave great recommendations and made delicious breakfast. Our children loved their chocolate waffles! The guesthouse is in a great spot, very close to the seafront and restaurants etc. Thank you so much, we hope to return in the future…

Free parking was available which was a priority for us. The location was ideal, easy to find and only a short walk into town. The breakfast was very good, quality produce all well cooked. Our room was at the back and therefore very quiet, a comfortable room with everything we needed for our stay.

We booked in primarily for the price and location for a one night stay, which for us was perfect. The host was friendly, welcoming and happy to answer any questions we had. Our room was very clean and comfortable with nice touches like tea and coffee making facilities etc. Breakfast was tasty (full english) and more on offer if you fancy. It is a central location so parking is a premium but the host has this sorted by offering free parking in two of the car parks in Weymouth. We stopped outside the guest house briefly to check in and drop off our bags. We chose the Swannery car park (5/10 minute walk from the guest house) due to location to town and the RSPB nature reserve which we wanted to explore (worth a walk around, doesn't take long, 30/40 minutes on gravelled pathways). It's a very large car park, plenty of room for our van. Perfect stay for us, thank you.

I was waiting four years for this trip. I didn't ask for breakfast for the simple reason that I knew that I will be away when they serve breakfast. And they serve breakfast early if there's a request for that. And again, considering that I was waiting four(4) LONG years for this trip,as they say, "it was a small price to pay". And the Lidl in Weymouth is right at their front door. Other than my unusual preferences, after all, I'm a stranger from a strange country, I must say the Hudsons Guest House is an establishment where you exactly get what you are paying for, and never less than advertised. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hudsons Guest House if you need a proper place to sleep and have a morning tea or coffee to visit the many attractions in Dorset County.
