Breakfast was really good, bed super comfortable and the hosts amazing. They picked me up from the airport and the room was very clean, spacious and had no unpleasant smell. Also had more than enough power outlets, tea, hangers, fresh towels, table and good heavy curtains. The courtyard is nice for relaxing in between activities and overall an amazing experience. The location is pretty good as well. Only heads-up for light sleepers: my room (first one) had the window into the courtyard which can be a little bit noisy if people are sitting and talking late at night. Wasn't an issue for me though and I had a wonderful time there. Definitely visiting again.

This was the second time I stayed here - still the same perfect place three years later. Wonderful location in the old town, right next to a boarded up abandoned church. Kahka was a great host, always responding to any messages. It's peaceful and like a little retreat right in the middle of Tbilisi. My apartment was a duplex with the bed upstairs and living space downstairs. Had everything I needed. Check in and check out were very easy and straightforward, the place is easy to find and has two entrances - either street side or through the churches courtyard. Great price too! 10/10 would stay again.
