Location is perfect, you can reach all main locations in 15 minutes. Rooms are big enough to feel comfortable. Matress and pillows are great,you can choose hard or soft pillow and you can really enjoy your sleep,while the are very good quality. Everything was very clean. You can leave your laguagge in a storage place before check in or after check out and walk a little bit more through the city. You can enjoy espresso coffe while there is a coffe machine (capsules). Really nice place,great for touristic stay!

Very well organized check-in process and a lovely host who was very helpful and polite, and responded to our phone call when we were lost. Big and comfortable room for two people, very clean and spotless, modern bathroom, walls were decently sound proof, and lots of extra pillows, comforters, snacks. Location is a short walk to the historic centre. Pretty good options for street parking in the surrounding streets. Breakfast is self serve (coffee was delicious, breakfast snacks were only okay but it's not a dealbreaker). It's located on the ground floor which is a helpful tip for elders / seniors.

First of all the host was very nice and contacted me before arrival. The apartment looks like in the pictures, the room and bathroom are very comfortable and with all facilities provided (as in description). Breakfast was sweet and very good (wide variety as for Italian breakfast), the host always made sure we feel comfortable and everything is okay. He gave us some tips about the Ancona area, which was much appreciated. Room was cleaned every day and everything was really great quality! Highly recommend, location is on the main street of town, 30 min walking from train station, 30 min walking from the beach, and very close to bus stops that will take you to Sirolo, Numana, and airport. We felt really good and ould like to thank Leandro for being so nice.

Annalisa and Luca are one of the nicest couples you could want to meet let alone be your host. Their property is of an exceptional location for the beach(five minutes walk) for Ancona and all the surrounding towns you want to see of the Marche. We visited Loretto, Numana, Sirolo, Recanatti, Senigalia, there are a number of other places we just did not have time to see, so for this reason we shall be returning to Carpe Diem next summer for a longer period. Exceptionally clean and modern apartment with a shared kitchen, this did not bother us as we quickly made friends with the other guests, thus made our stay that much more enjoyable. My wife and I are really looking forward to returning next year.

The location of the apartment (in the heart of the city of Ancona) is perfect - c;lose to the transport links - just 2-minute walk from the bus stop, close to the train station, tourist information centre, restaurants, monuments and within a walking distance to the Passetto beach. At the same time the apartment is very quiet. Everything in it is brand new as it has been recently renovated and the place is very clean. The owner, Marco, is extremely helpful and involved. He gives useful tips, makes sure everyting is working fine in the apartment , which has all mod cons and access to a well-equipped kitchen. The place is absolutely worth recommending!
