The property itself is a masterpiece. It’s even better than in the pictures, good quality really authentic finishes. Sara is the best host I’ve ever seen (and I’ve been traveling a bit). She goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. She even prepared us the evening bath with natural essential oils which were fantastic after a day of exploring Tuscany. On top of that, she recommended us all kinds of places to visit and restaurants which were really good and gave us insights as a local. Is someone wants to go in this area, should really try Tuttomio. It’s therapy for the soul.

It’s the best B&B we have ever stayed. The Host is amazing, there is no possibility to stay at better b&b with better host. The apartment is located at the center of Cortona just 30 seconds walk from the piazza della republica. Apartment is modern furnitured in the old fashion, just amazing combination of new&old. Cannot recommend this B&B enough. Our stay was amazing, if you want a true Tuscan experience, this is it. The hosts were just beautiful, the property was stunning, room was huge, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. It was immaculately clean. Views over Cortona and the valley. 10 minutes to Cortona, local wineries and sights. Loved this place!

After coming from the hectic nature of the larger Italian cities and towns, arriving in Castiglion Fiorentino was bliss. Sonia picked me up from the train station and took me back to the accommodation which was incredible. A bed and breakfast at its core but delivered with love. And the location? Breathtaking!

This is seriously one beautiful place. Extraordinary view out over the city. Has a charming homely feel to it. Watching the sun set in the front lawn was a wonderful highlight of our time there. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Our stay was really peaceful. Cinzia spoilt us with a wonderful breakfast with homemade cakes and biscuits and Sonia filled our minds with the amazing history of Castiglion Fiorentino and how this amazing house was renovated by her whole family.
