He was very helpful to us for travel ideas and his homemade breakfast with strawberry delights are to look forward to. We had to leave at 6:30 AM for an early flight out of Rome and he prepared a very thoughtful bagged breakfast for us in our refrigerator. Perfect!! The room that we had was on the first floor, good size, spotless, quiet, and had everything one needs for a comfy rest. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous . Good, plentiful breakfast that you can have inside or at the deck overlooking the lake and the castle on the hill. Giuseppe and Alessia are very welcoming and speak good english.
