From the very beginning, Cizia was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. She welcomed us with genuine kindness and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Pinocchio Park and with a great restaurant nearby. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options. We would absolutely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended—1000%!

Breakfast consisted of local and homemade produce and baking, excellent! Dinner was cooked from scratch and represented local cuisine and Nonna’s recipes, the Zuppa alla Garfagnia was to die for. Very nice hosts, delicious breakfast served every morning. Rooms are cleaned every day. Beautiful and romantic interior of the house. There is also a lovely garden with a terrace where you can spend the evenings. Great location for traveling around the area, easily accessible to Pisa, Florence, Lucca. Grazie ♥️

A quiet, rural type location which suited us perfectly. Very well equipped including washing machine & full kitchen.
