the building is beautiful and in a nice but not too touristic location. Only a short walk from the main bus station (Piazzale Roma) and the main train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful palazzo building. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. All of the staff speaks English very well. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and the breakfast is outstanding.

- The location is convenient if you will come to Venice by car, as it has bus station very close that takes you to Venice. Forget going by car close to Venice, parkings ask crazy money. - Dad of owner was very sweet and helpful. Although his English was limited, we understood him clearly and he was eager to guide us where and how to reach Venice. - Apartment is renovated and it has whatever you will need for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and very quiet, which made it easy to relax. The staff were truly excellent – always kind and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us in the middle of the night, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything was perfect and we would be very happy to stay here again.
