Check-in was quick and the host was very welcoming and friendly. I easily found the apartment, it's a 4-minute walk from the central train station. The apartments are located on a bright, clean street and a neat entrance to the house. My room was clean, bright, as if renovated, with everything I needed. A nice bonus was the terrace, which overlooked a quiet street. I slept well before the trip to "Cinque terre". Thank you!

A room was modern and clean, they had a very cute balcony were you can sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. There was a safe where you can leave your precious belongings. First we were curious because the apartment didn’t have any ratings but the apartment was a 10/10. The location was perfect, it’s directly next to the Main shopping street in La Spezia (but still very quiet) and just 5min walking to the train station if you want to see cinque terre. Everything was cleaner than in any other AirBnB or Hotel I’ve ever been. The host are also very polite and answer the messages very quick. The self check in went smooth too. I really don’t have anything bad to say about our stay and would always come back!

What a great place to stay while in La Spezia or visiting Cinque Terre! Firstly it is super clean and quite new. Second, the location- right near the train station and a 15 minute walk to the marina via the main shopping street. Third, the staff. We received a warm welcome from the staff and David took the time to explain the city transport, attractions and places to dine. We’d gladly stay there again.
