The private onsen is a real treat after a day in the snow. Mr Nanjo was the most helpful and friendly host. There are heaps of cafes and restaurants close by, and even central Hakuba is only a 15-20 minute walk away. The private onsen was absolutely amazing! Rooms were clean and tidy, the daily breakfast was great. Ben is extremely knowledgeable about the area and facilities and always able to give tips or advice.
