Chelsea is a perfect host, we felt like in our family during our 1 week trip, she shared a lot of good adresses with us, prepared delicious breakfasts and even cooked okonomiyaki and curry for us and her english students ! We had a perfect stay and I will definitely come back when in Osaka.

The host was lovely and showed us around eagerly. She was always helpful and ready to assist. There is a lift in the building which was great news considering our huge suitcases. The room itself was spacious. There was a double bed, desk, fridge and most importantly, ac. The AC did turn off from time to time but it was easy to turn it back on. The kitchen was well equipped, there were two toilets on our floor, a shower room and a bath. The bath was huge! All the other guests were quiet and kept to themselves. We had a very easy time falling and staying asleep which was a nice break from Tokyo.

Booked last minute because the place we had booked was having heating problems and it's currently freezing here. We were a group of 18 males so it was great that we didn't have to share beds. Neat and tidy. We didn't need the bus shuttle or breakfast so can't speak to that.
