The room was clean, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the.green hills, perfect for chilling..There is hot water in the shower, which is really nice in not so hot evening temperatures. The owner was really helpful and kind, he helped me.organise few trips and recommended a reliable ruk tuk driver and offered advice on things to/see and how to do it. I cannot recommend it enough!

I was more than satisfied with my stay. It’s important to understand that this accommodation is a kind of homestay, so the room is kept quite simple. However, it has everything you need and is very clean. The greatest advantage of this place is undoubtedly the host family. Not only do they prepare excellent breakfast and dinner, but they are also incredibly helpful in every other aspect. They organize excursions, arrange tuk-tuks, and truly go out of their way to fulfill every wish.

This place is a perfect hub for Nanuoya and surrounding area. There is a waterfall close by and you live in the tea fields. You are close to the train and there are multiple viewpoints to look if that interests you. The family is extremely nice and we enjoyed every interaction and tea cup. The room had a great view, very comfy bed and it was pretty clean. Plus, I could enjoy some amazing scenery from the windows and the terrace. The family was lovely, too and they spoke decent English. This is actually a perfect place to stay if you're visiting Nuwara Eliya. The Train View is in Nanu Oya, right at the train station (but don't worry, Nanu Oya is a small and sweet place so it's too noisy there or something) and Nanu Oya is about 20 mins from Nuwara Eliya (you can take the local bus and the bus ride is really scenic). I also liked that there were plenty of local restaurants around.
