The accommodation is in a super calm area. So much Green around but within a few minutes you are in Colombo. The rooms are super comfortable and big. And the host is sooooo friendly. I felt so welcomed and cared for! I highly recommend this place.

This is my honest opinion. I was in many guest houses and hotels. So, this is one of the best guest house to stay. Very clam ful. Staff best. It is worth the money. Superb. Thank you mister ....( I don't know his name). Highly recommended. ( Also, the bathroom is very clean. The bed is comfortable.)

The accommodation has a stunning design, you could easily spend hours in the lobby just analyzing the beautiful collection of design objects. The pool is just perfect, the staff is very helpful. Everything is super clean, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, the bed is super-comfy, the garden is an oasis. For us, two adults and a 5 years old, this was the perfect way to start our adventure in Sri Lanka. Thank you.

I stayed 4 nights at Jay’s Guest and absolutely loved it! The room and kitchen were super clean, and the whole place felt like home. It’s perfect if you want to cook your own meals or do laundry during your stay. If the location works for you, I’d definitely recommend it.

The room has everything, untimosquito adapter, all the amenities ( from a shampoo to a mending kit!), a kettle, an iron, an umbrella, even magazines to read... We had a bath in our room ( not sure about other rooms) and a very hot water and a good pressure. The check in is 14.00 pm, but we came 10.00 am and the personnel kindly checked us ii immediately . The location is very central, close to the park, temple,lake, shopping centres and good restaurants , everything is in a walking distance.
