Lovely hosts. Great shower and bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Bed was lovely. WiFi good. Nice tea/coffee making facilities. Also a desk to work at (unfortunately I needed to!). Delicious breakfast.

Interesting barn conversion with lots of attention to detail. It was unseasonably cold so our hosts lit the wood.burner , so it was really cosy to sit. Home made bread for breakfast, hens in garden producing breakfast eggs. Properly locally sourced breakfast.

On arrival the hostess offered us coffee and a slice of cake. The living area is equipped with a coffee and tea maker which is free to use. The room was spacious and accessible for people with a disability. The stay ended with a great breakfast.

Location was great and close to all amenities in Lochem. Food beautiful in the cafe and the service was fantastic. So whilst inconvenient for waking up time it’s great to have this luxury once you’re up and ready to eat. Would still stay again though knowing the below issues.
