This is a very beautiful place - really quiet, spotless clean and everything new. Breakfast had everything you would need and the hosts were hospitable and welcoming. The 516 Arouca bridge abs Passadicos do Paiva are close. We stayed for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience

Super friendly hosts first of all. We forgot a coat in the room which wasn’t realised until we were far away. The problem was solved by support of the hosts who sent the coat by post. The room we rent was nice and clean. The breakfast was perfect, it contained all you want before hiking in the mountains.

Absolutely gorgeous accommodation - the setting is something to be seen. Loved the balcony setting and watching the sunset. The property is finished to a beautiful standard, with both shared areas and rooms being gorgeously decorated. Maria was a dream of a host, so welcoming and prepared a fantastic breakfast. Maria is incredibly warm and kind. The whole property is incredibly clean. The pool area and view is unbelievable. there are a couple of restaurants in the region. Maria also offers to cook meals if you want to enjoy an evening in. A selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages are available in the communal fridge, you just write down what you take and pay at the end. breakfast was very nice also, with a freshly made cake as well as selection of breads, spreads, cereals, etc.

I had a wonderful time - the couple Jose and Fatima are very attentive, sweet hosts, who try to make your stay as nice as possible. If you are interested in local history or culture, Jose is very helpful in telling you about it! Everything was extraordinarily clean, and although the rooms are simple, they are kept in excellent shape and climated. They are traditionally furnished for the region Breakfast is plentiful and varied, with lots of fruit and veggies from their own garden. Special requests can be made in advance. I would always come again!
