This hotel perfectly reflects the "boutique" concept. It is very chic and authentic. It offers you a full experience of feeling pampered. The coffee is excellent and the breakfast is the best I ever had in a hotel. Great quality ingredients. It has a nice garden where you can relax and also a coffee salon. Friendly, attentive stuff. Very confortable and tastefully decorated room. Location is good, city center is easily reachable by metro.

We had a really nice room and I very much appreciated that in the hotel were always some tea and fruits for free. The breakfast was nice with good fruits and freshly made eggs. The stuff was super friendly.

The staff were above excellent in all respects! Breakfast abundantly tasty. The common area has a most positive vibe and very cozy. The staff are so friendly and interact great and smile, as do the housekeepers.

A Clean and comfortable stay, right on the Metro, suburban train station, as well as bus routes to town and airport. 3 Super clean shared bathrooms - between about 8 bedrooms. We never had to wait to use a bathroom. Very accommodative by letting us drop our luggage of on arrival, early the morning of check in , before going out to sightsee. Our flight was out of Lisbon late night, and we were again given an area to store our luggage so we could enjoy our last day before coming back for a shower The friendliness and willingness to assist by hosts like these is priceless and makes a stay memorable .

What a great boutique hotel!! Really central. Lovely brekkie supplied and plenty for two served and more available. If you are unable to make breakfast, just say and they will provide you a takeaway lunch/brunch for your day out/journey to the airport. You do need to book your breakfast time slot as this is a small but very well run establishment

very good location, near bus stops to center, Principe Real Garden (where we chill after long day with glass of wine/beer and listen for street music). Staff is very very pleasant and helpful. Very nice, not tipical breakfast. We really enjoy our stay here
