Best place to stay in Chiang Mai. The hosts are so welcoming, helpful, mindful, present, caring and warm. We had the best time. It's clean, cozy and confortable, with everything we need. It's near all the attractions and markets and easy to locate. The house is beautiful with spaces to park at the back. You don't need to look further. Book it!

What an incredible place! I simply LOVED my stay at the guesthouse. The guest house owner is such a lovely person, she made sure I felt comfortable all the time, she even sent out a whatsapp the day before to make sure I knew how to get there. The house is super cute with its garden, the rooms really comfortable, clean and have everything you need. If you're looking for a comfy guest house with a nice vibe, plants and quiet - this is the place to be! Mainly because of how much heart and soul the owner puts into it :) Thanks for a lovely stay :)

The property was very cute, lovely decoration and location. Overall it was an amazing experience, but what was really outstanding was the hospitality and the problem-solving skills by Nui. She gave us very good recommendations, sorted out our taxi transfers, elephant tour and helped me buy tickets to go to Chiang Rai via bus and obtained our vip boxing tickets.

We had a great stay in HeyHa House. The owners are adorable, very helpful and speak good English. The room is clean and well furnished They have snacks available so you can always get yourself a tea, a toast or a bottle of drinking water It is a bit far from the old town, but the location is nice, in a very local street, with a lot of food options and shops.
