We'd informed them that we were vegetarians. Tufan and his wife went beyond our expectation in providing us vegetarian options - for the bf AND dinner that we had with them. It was way more convenient to just have our meals with them and we were so happy we did that. After a long day of travel & hours of walking around to sight see. it was amazing for us tired, hungry souls to come back to the hot meals, hospitality and conversation in the lovely, warm space they'd created for this. Food options offered were typical Turkish items. There was lovely tea on offer whenever we needed one. Tufan helped and advised with all options for sight-seeing, hot air balloon trip, arranged for taxi, helped with public transport details. In fact, even when we called him from elsewhere, he helped us resolve transportation. Room & bathroom looked new (though they are built around 2019-20) and linen was lovely, clean. There's a supermarket close by for any additional items one needed.

Really nice hotel! The owners are really friendly. My boyfriend was sick, so we ended up staying 5 instead of 2 nights. I think it was the best place to get sick, as the room is comfortable, clean, and has an AC. They provided us with tea or hot water when needed. Also, the breakfast is really good and the swimming pool is very large!

And the people really nice and with all the information about Pamukkale area - what to see , what is the best and where . Is close to walk to Pamukkale waters - about 15min . Walking distance to Pamukalle gate. Close by walk again shops and restaurants. The family who run hotel are very helpful and kind. Any questions the are happy to help. We have nice time. Breakfast time from "roof top" where food is serve you can watch hot air balloons and exactly Pamukalle site. We recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located a few quick steps from the main gate at Pammukale. It was nice to leave our car parked at the hotel and walk up to the site. There is one guy that works there, Arman, who was extremely helpful! He answered many of our questions and really took care of us. It's nice to have someone who can speak perfect English to help you in an area you aren't familiar with. We had supper at the hotel which was excellent as well - Arman helped us pick something good to eat and made sure we enjoyed it. Great hotel!
