The location is terrific. Very easy to get anywhere and it’s located in a great area to explore as well. Very clean. Breakfast was fresh and healthy. Hosts are very willing to what they can to make your stay enjoyable. I would stay there again if I go to Denver again.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Denver, Patterson Inn is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden.

The house is a lovely, historic home with antique furnishings to match the time period. The upgrades to the home to make it a b&b were well done and don’t detract from the original architecture. It is close to downtown Golden and all the sights in the area. The breakfast was excellent and the Judy made accommodations for my food allergies. Both Dennis and Judy were kind, thoughtful and helpful hosts. The accommodations were comfortable with nice touches like Jolly Ranchers in the room, Jolly Rancher originated in Golden.

AMAZING place! I was in town for a concert at Red Rocks and this was the perfect place nearby to stay. Not too far from Red Rocks and within walking distance from so many great places to eat, chill, and hike. Rebecca went above and beyond to make the stay extra comfortable and enjoyable! Highly recommend and will be back!

When you first walk into the lobby you can immediately experience how good it smells. It was also seasonally decorated for Fall. We also appreciated how clean it was, especially compared to the other Comfort Inns where we have stayed. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning.

The beds were comfortable and I like when a hotel room has a fridge and a microwave because sometimes I like to order food, eat a portion and save the rest for later. I am not a hard to please person being that I am ex-military so this please was excellent.
