At the check-in I was greeted by a very helpful lady who sorted me out in no time. My room was bigger than expected and always kept very clean. The included breakfast was very good and appreciated. The staff was always very kind and helped me out when I was asking question about services in the area or asking to print my boarding pass. I will definitely return when I'll be back in LA. Highly recomended.

Outstanding host with exceptional communication! When our Uber driver took us to the wrong address (Street vs Place), the host immediately responded to our messages and guided us to the correct location to ensure we arrived safely.
