Absolute best value for the money! The room was inexpensive and had many great qualities of a more expensive room. The location is within 2 minute walk from the East Gate of Khiva old town and 3 minutes from the Caravanserai's free entrance next to the Gate. The room was large, clean, carpeted. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also large and clean. The shower faucet was a bit used but nothing bad. The AC was strong. The wifi was excellent. The room had a giant jug of drinking water and several small bottles for my use. Breakfast 7am to 10am was excellent. The staff was very nice, didn't speak English but we spoke thru Google translate very easily. She gave me her WhatsApp so l could reach her anytime of the day and she always responded within 2 minutes. She accommodated me by making me breakfast at 6am because l had an early flight. l highly recommend this place.

Simply perfect!!! This Uzbekistan family hotel is the perfect one to spend days in Khiva. it’s just few meters from the entrance to Khiva old center, it’s a very cosy and Uzbekistan style place. The owners are so kind and helpful, they made us feel like at home. Our double room was very clean, with a private bathroom. They served us a delicious breakfast in our room: green tea, bread, jam, eggs, cheese, cucumbers, cookies, sweets, snacks, etc., soooo goood!!! we recommend this place absolutely.

This family hotel offers you private rooms at the price of a bed in a hostel. Located just a couple hundred meters outside the fortress. A decent breakfast is included in the price and served at a requested time. You can also order other meals or ask for a gratis pot of tea. Guests' questions are mostly addressed by the owner who speaks Russian and his daughter who speaks decent English. Although it is a family house, the rooms are detached from the family in a way to respect the privacy of the guests. The rooms themselves are probably better then they look at the pics, at the level of a 3-star hotel. They are far from cheap, look fresh, have decent space and high ceilings, A/C, bed lighting, a set of towels, quality mattresses and bed linen, clean carpet, wardrobe, comfy chair, bedside tables and fancy curtains, hair-dryer and washing accessories at the private bathrooms. Really not bad at this price!!
