Marie and Adrian are wonderful and warm hosts, organizing tours, giving valuable information and looking after us so that we felt very much at home. Marie is a wonderful cook and her breakfasts never failed to surprise us. Kwalucia is on one of the main hippo walks up from the water and we often had sightings. Beautiful tree filled garden providing much shade.

Super cute lodge, you feel home as soon as you enter, pool surrounded by trees...Feels like holidays as soon as you arrive. Nosipho, who is part of the staff, was very kind and helped us straight away in booking the safaris' experiences for Hluhluhwe-Imfolosi and Isimangaliso parks. Even before we arrived, she advised us on the best road to take (and not to take) and shared the load sheeding schedule. Very few lodges hence it's quiet, and nice to walk around.

The guesthouse is located quite in the center of Santa Lucia, a touristic enclave in South Africa. The guesthouse is an old colonial house which offers much comfort. Rooms are spacious, clean and the property has a nice well cared garden. The bathroom was clean, air condition was working well. There has been an international plug converter for foreign plugs. The owners of the guesthouse seem not to live at this house, but there is staff who cares about the place and makes the bookings. Shea-Lynn was very friendly and helpful with different things at our stay. She told us about the restaurants in that region, tours and possible excursions. The breakfast was a buffet of different tasty things, we enjoyed it quite much. There was also an laundry service, which could be used for money.

    Andre is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely stay, comfortable and quiet, great value for money, and we even saw some hippos right on the street in front of his house at night. Fantastic experience. We will be back for sure!

    Host Colin was so attentive and eager to please. Very "traditional" with cut glass glasses and real attention to detail. Cooler boxes provided with beach towels and lots of little nice touches. Great location. Even washed my car for me overnight without me knowing for no charge. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast. Very clean.

    Good location on a quiet residential street spacious clean room with private patio.Excellent breakfast owner very attentive with lots of information on the local area. A big thank you for all the help when we had a puncture. Would recommend this property for a stay in St Lucia

    Lovely big room and really attractive public areas feeling more like a large private house than hotel. Excellent breakfast. Great location on a quiet St Lucia street, but near to the main shopping and restaurant areas. Colin was very helpful with organising a sunset boat trip and giving us a huge amount of helpful information about the area.
