The location and setting of the Kookuburra Cottage was superb as we overlooked the pond and could watch all the birds - amazing view. Nice and handy to Maleny which was worth a visit in itself. Our hosts supplied us with a marvellous hamper which basically fed us for the two days we were there. The cottage was very spacious and well appointed. We literally wanted for nothing. Our accommodation far exceeded our expectation.

The hosts were very friendly and gave some good advice for the rest of our trip. Very close to the Steve Irwin Zoo. Highly recommend this place for a short or long stay.

Nicole had the fire going when we arrived which made it nice and warm.Bed was big and very comfortable.Had everything supplied for a good hearty breakfast plus a hot bread delivered to the doorstep when required.Definitely will be back for a longer time.
