The hosts Marc & Katty were so lovely & we felt at home. Marc was so kind & couldn't have been a more welcoming host. We had a late arrival but had time for a jacuzzi before bed. My son said he had the best sleep in memory & we left very relaxed with Marc's homebaked warm bread & croissants. We couldn't stay for breakfast but I can almost guarantee the breakfast made by a retired baker would be delicious! Due to our circumstances we couldn't go to Ghent so we will be back!

Being close to the city center allowed us to easily explore all that Aalst has to offer, while the tranquil garden provided a perfect retreat for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. From beginning to end, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we can confidently say that this was one of the best stays we've had, especially with my wife. We cherished every moment and left with fond memories, already dreaming of the possibility of returning in the future.
