Efficient and friendly staff, especially the hostess, who helped me so much and went above and beyond to make my stay there extremely smooth. She helped me organize so many things and was truly a blessing. I appreciated being able to leave my Hire vehicle parked securely there whilst I went for a short trip to Zimbabwe. Also assisted me to organize the shuttle transport to and from Zimbabwe as well - really extremely helpful. Clean and spacious room, and an excellent breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

The place is wide and cozy and you can have delicious breakfast and dinner cooked by the owners, you can also cook with your own kitchenette. But the most remarkable for me was the kindness of the hosts, we had very interesting conversations and felt like at home. On top of that they can help you to arrange wonderful game drive activities and others. Without any doubt I would recommend the stay in POVI holiday home.

Excellent house located a bit off but with a nice pool, very well equipped communal kitchen, very clean, tub and shower available (in our room). Staff was able to book all activities desired and smooth payment through them. Will go there again!

Featuring full-day security, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The guest house also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The staff was just gorgeous. We had a wonderful stay and love to come back once. The flowered garden was great to relax. We felt like home.

Elephant Trail Guesthouse and Backpackers is a wonderful place with great value for money! Everything was comfortable and perfect for budget travelers. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — I truly appreciated all the support I received. Thank you so much! I hope to come back again someday!

Decorated with modern décor, all the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, tea-and-coffee-making facilities and air conditioning. Some of the rooms offer garden views. Such a nice place at an affordable price, comfortable beds, restaurant where you can watch birds and in the evening a warthog comes by, good breakfast and own pier at the river where the sunset boat cruise start, very convenient for travelers not on an organized tour. It's also very close to the center/shopping mall, where you can buy whatever you need and also change money (in front of the mall is a bank). For solo travellers going to Maun on bus, there is only 1 direct connection overnight. For day connection you have to change in Natta but it's a safe connection (long but with local fun).

The property has an outdoor dining area. I enjoyed my stay. The guesthouse is in between Kasane and Kazungula, but it was easy to grab a taxi for 8 pula to get into town. There are taxis constantly going back and forth between the two towns. The location was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were gracious and kind.
