The Inn was secluded and well kept. We too several pictures of the site and it is very near the ocean. Very quiet at night and the breakfast was excellent. Kevin and Lesley make you feel right at home and almost part of the family and go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. They provide a delicious breakfast, all homemade and even share their family recipes with you. Breakfast time is very enjoyable and not rushed as Kevin and Lesley take time to engage with all the guests and the conversation flows. Kevin is very knowledgeable of the history of the surrounding area and with recommendations for thing to do all over Nova Scotia. I would highly recommend a stay at the Lark and Loon.

This bed and breakfast features free private parking and a housekeeping service. Outdoor furniture is available for guests to relax or dine outside. For a Bed & Breakfast, the two twin room was very roomy. In fact, the ensuite bath was very huge and I found out later that this was formerly a small room in the house. You rarely find a room in a Bed & Breakfast that offers two beds. Alicion did not only offer one but provided ample space.
