It was easy to get in with the self-checkin which was important for me since I arrived with the last train. The room had everything I needed, and the bed was perfect. The room was bright and comfortable with awesome view from the windows. The breakfast was substantial and delicious with home made bread. It is quite and pleasant place, not faraway from Sankt Gallen.

The hotel and owners were lovely and very welcoming. It is in a quiet village where you can enjoy the countryside and stay away from the very touristy parts nearby, but can still go see them very easily (less than 10 mins away from all the popular hikes, and you get a great view of the mountains as you drive towards them). The dinner menu is great and the breakfast is filling with lots of variety. It gave us a chance to try the different sorts of local cheese!
