Sandro is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to give advice on restaurants, buses and also detailed suggestions for day trips, including Google map routes which we found super helpful and filled our four days on Chiloé Island! We highly recommend this hostel!

All units in the guest house are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and with cable channels. Felt right at home in these cozy cabins! Hernan went above and beyond to accommodate us after a delayed ferry due to poor weather! He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return!

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our 1 night stay. Loved the honour bar system and code-lock entry, which made our stay virtually contactless, but we still felt very welcomed by Carla who was in communication thru WhatsApp and available to take a photo of us as we loaded up our touring bikes to depart.

Pilar and her husband are so kind. You feel like being at friends' place and they have very good recommendations. The view on the volcano is just magic. The breakfast is homemade and delicious and accompanied by the little hummingbirds. Restaurants in the neighbourhood for the diner (accessible by car within a few minutes). I would highly recommend to consider this calm and peaceful place iso Puerto Varas if you have a car.

Klaus is a great host. He went above and beyond by welcoming us after a delayed ferry, after 02:00am. On top of that, his breakfast was the best we’d had in weeks of travel!
