I only stayed here for one night, but it left such a deep impression on me. I arrived early, feeling exhausted from travel and a little unwell, and the room was already ready for check in - something I was incredibly grateful for. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the family hosting the place. Their kindness and care were absolutely extraordinary. They were there for every little question, provided me with everything I needed, and made me feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. It was the kind of warmth and generosity that’s rare to find - I almost felt like I had become a part of their family. Thanks to them, I had a perfect rest and a smooth trip the next morning. I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this before. The kindness I experienced here was truly something out of this world :)

DaBene - Bed & Breakfast si trova a Alajuela e propone la vista sulla montagna, una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una sala comune e una terrazza. Amazing staff and breakfast. Physically close - yet mentally far - from the airport. Perfect to begin a family trip in Costa Rica.

La struttura è composta da bungalow molto accoglienti e spaziosi, con un adorabile patio esterno e ciascuno col proprio posto auto. Abbiamo potuto lasciare in struttura l'auto e i bagagli dopo il check out fino al pomeriggio, al termine dell'escursione. Pulizia eccellente. Colazione buonissima e molto abbondante, viene preparata e servita vicino al fiume dove è possibile avvistare diversi animali. Wifi 5G.

A 31 km da Parco Nazionale del Vulcano Poás, Alexander b&b offre un giardino e alloggi con patio. Booked this for one night near airport for early morning flight. It’s very close 5 mins from airport. Booked room with private bath was located in back patio. This is someone’s house but they have 4 rooms they rent. Clean, basic, comfortable. Host was very nice. Her husband is a taxi driver and took me to airport next morning at 5 am. He charged $8 very reasonable. wonderful place would stay again

Nomads Family Rooms, Fortuna Town si trova a Fortuna e prevede alloggi a 6,8 km da Cascata La Fortuna e a 6,1 km da Parque de aguas termales Kalambu. Davvero molto ordinato e pulito. Il ragazzo è molto gentile! C’era tutto il necessario anche per la cucina. Letteralmente a 3 minuti in macchina da centro (ristoranti e negozi). Bellissimo dormire con il suono della pioggia. Gatto e cagnolina molto amabili.

The family is wonderful. They were always ready to help and answer any questions. The night tour on the property was fun, the breakfast was delicious and it was overall very relaxing. This was the first property we stayed at on our Costa Rica trip, and we were so grateful that it was. I recommend this place to anyone who's wanting to explore Parque Nacional Volcán Tenorio / Rio Celeste area!

La Terraza Guest House B&B si trova a Grecia, nella regione Alajuela, a 18 km da Parco Nazionale del Vulcano Poás. Very friendly host, beautiful garden and they even made vegan breakfast for us :)
