Located in the historical centre of Znojmo in a reconstructed building dated back to the 15th century, Penzion Kaplanka is set 400 metres from the castle and houses a wine bar. The guest house offers views of the Dyje river. Only 7 parking spaces are available and reservations are required. We walked from the train station. The hotel is located in the historic old town in a very historic building with a great view of the countryside and the river. It is very near the pedestrian streets and the market. Close by is a fine restaurant in the local brewery. The hotel is altogether very nice.

There's also a large shopping centre nearby, which was great for picking up some food and essentials.

The city centre is easily reachable by tram within 5 minutes (4 tram stops). It stops only 50 metres from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were spotless. Everything was working well, was looking nice, and was clean. We had check-in late and we took the key from a keybox. Very good accommodation, I recommend. Easy access to the city center with tram number 4.

Parking is available in front of the area. The room was smaller, for sleeping complained . The room and bathroom was clean. A communal fridge was available in the corridor. There is also a shared kitchen where everything you need to prepare snack.
