This is how good hotels used to look like in past. You'll realise it when walking up the stars covered with soft carpet and decorative objects around you. Location is central next to the bus stop which is great. My room was spacious, bed comfortable (I like harder beds), bathroom simple and clean. What I really appreciated was welcoming attitude of the owner throughout all my stay. In the morning I had very nice breakfast with freshly made tortilla.

The location is perfect, nestled in the heart of the Old Town, with charming streets. The room was cozy, clean and thoughtfully decorated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Iturrienea Ostatua to anyone visiting Bilbao.
