The view of the loch was a nice thing to see in the morning before breakfast and in the evening after a day's travels. The host also make sure we had dinner reservations ahead of time, which is a must on Islay.

We stayed in the 3 storey villa which is exceptional. Each room is very beautifully furnished in old traditional style. The bedrooms are spacious and beddings are luxurious. The library has a huge collection of whiskeys. Great choice for breakfast and the breakfast room is lovely. Our family of 5 fell in love with this property. It’s the most memorable stay in our entire trip.
