Offering a garden and garden view, Lily Bank Room is located in Stonehaven, 26 km from Beach Ballroom and 48 km from Lunan Bay. The room was in a great location just a few minutes walk to the centre and the harbour. It was good to have off steet parking right by the entrance. The room was very comfortable with a large bed, a tea/coffee area and fridge, a smart TV and a fantastically hot and large shower! The tunnocks and milk were a lovely touch and it was nice to have low level lamps and not just bright overhead lights like a lot of rooms. It was below zero when we stayed and snow outside but the room was very toasty! We will definitely book again next time we're up.

Amazing place, beautifully situated and decorated and featuring all amenities one could wish for. Great breakfast. Situated in Elgin and only 600 metres from Elgin Cathedral, The Pines Guest House features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Such a beautiful historic home and continues to be a great place to stay. The owners are particularly generous with their time and attention to detail. With my visit being in Winter I was happy to see I had electrical blankets on the beds. Showers had an abundance of hot water and the home was decorated lovely for Christmas. Breakfast choices were varied and super coffee being served. Complimentary bottles of water and snack bars and chocolates also in abundance.

Gillian was a wonderful host that treated us like family. The location was fantastic, just a minute from the golf course. We were very well taken care of and it was a lovely and peaceful place to stay.
