A wonderful warm welcome from the owner John and his fluffy little assistant Alfie the dog! John was so friendly and helpful both throughout our stay and also before our stay where he contacted us to provide info on ferries etc which was so useful. Our room was beautifully decorated, a great size and a lovely comfortable bed, and the most stunning ocean view! We could tell that a lot of attention to detail is put in to the decor and cleaning of the room and ensuite as they were both spotless. We loved the little tea station provided with the delicious complimentary Island Bakery biscuits. It was lovely and quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of cereals, yoghurts and juices, nd of course a full cooked breakfast which i have to say was the best we have had on our trip to scotland, the bacon and sausges in particular were delicious. John was an excellent chef! The Bnb is jusy a short walk down to the seafront at Tobermory with lots of lovely little shops, cafes and restaurants to visit, and lots of lovely walks in the surrounding areas. A tour of the Tobemory distillery is a must! We visited outside of peak tourist season so it was lovely and peaceful, but noted that a couple of the businesses do close down or open at reduced hours for the winter. Over all our stay was perfect nd we will definitely be back to stay at the Burnbank BnB.

The location, accommodation, restaurant, comfort were all fabulous. What really made this visit so special was how they went “above and beyond” to look after us. Our host Tony and his lovely staff will always be a wonderful memory for their warmth and kindness.

The house is simply beautiful, it is of the period with original door handles/coving floorboards windows with a beautiful warm and worn patina. Steeping back in time where items were cherished, polished and repaired - very comforting and relaxing. The view absolutely outstanding Fae who made a delightful breakfast and was equally delightful to talk to

Tons of snacks and food and champagne all included no extra charge. A beautiful place to stay on Mull. We will be back!

The owner was very welcoming and helpful. This guesthouse is ideally located on the main street across from the water. This is especially important since other places to stay are up the hill where you need a car or taxi to come down. Everything was clean and comfortable and with a good breakfast. I highly recommend this place.
