We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house. The house itself is very nice, with pretty, clean room. The location is great. Within walking distance of Edinburgh city centre, and there’s also a bus stop nearby if you prefer not to walk. Parking is available, but spaces are limited, so it’s a good idea to reserve in advance. The staff were lovely and welcoming. One small note: rooms on the higher floors might be a challenge for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues, as the stairs are quite steep.

The facilities were new and clean. The gentleman at reception was very polite, friendly, and helpful. He gave us a map and several tips about the city, as well as coffee and cookies while we waited for the room to be ready. Every day, there were brownie-like sweets at reception, and in the room they replenished a bottle of water and a delicious chocolate daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and stocked with toiletries, and the shower worked very well (it was large, and the temperature control was excellent). The hotel is well located—25 minutes on foot from Princes Street, with a bus stop just a few steps away. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Edinburgh. Carol and Ruth are amazing, very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed getting homemade breakfast every morning, including the special Scottish porridge. The house is beautiful, room was spacious and very clean. Location was excellent as well - the old town is about 10min walk away, so is Stockbridge and Dean's Village is even closer. Overall wonderful stay, we would highly recommend this B&B to everyone.

Everything was perfect, from location to facilities. Alia (the host) was such a sweetheart!!! She was always available for help and gave the best recommendations. I definitely recommend this guest house - there is a nearby bus stop, buses that take you straight to the city center for under 20 mins. Also, there is a big shopping center, just 5 mins walking distance, where you can find pretty much anything you need. The best value for the money we paid! Thanks again, Alia 💛

Coach House Ratho Park Steading poskytuje ubytování v destinaci Ratho. Edinburgh zoo je 12 km odtud a Forth Bridge 12 km. We had an excellent stay at Coach House Ratho. The property was very comfortable, clean, and had a lovely atmosphere. Dannii is an outstanding host – extremely welcoming and helpful. She made us feel at home and provided great tips for visiting the surrounding area and Edinburgh. Thank you si much Dannii! Highly recommended!

A little walk at the riverside Leath and you find good restaurants near the coast. Britannia can be reached within half an hour walking. The owner is really dedicated at work and give you best information for your stay. After a two week journey around Scotland I assure you this was a most amazing place.

We're absolutely in love with this guesthouse and are definitely planning on coming back for the next trip to Edinburgh. Sinead and Chris were so sweet and helpful and forthcoming, the location was really great (and we've only travelled by bus, which was no problem at all), the view in the sea-facing room is fantastic, we've slept heavenly in those comfy beds, and the breakfast is a MUST. 10/10 recommendation!
