The owner is a wonderful and kind person, he recommended us what to visit. The apartement is very clean and new. Cleaning is done every day and towels are changed every two days. We enjoyed this vacation and we will definitely come back.

This is one of the best value for money accommodations! - very clean: the room is checked daily for maintenance and towels and linen are changed daily - the room I stayed in was spacious, with a suitable balcony, with 2 clothes dryers - it is an accommodation that did not neglect important aspects, such as: air conditioning that does not blow directly onto the bed, sockets on both bedside tables, towel rack next to the shower, various spaces in the shower where you can put your necessities, you can find a mini-kitchenette with plates, cutlery, cups and glasses, a coffee machine with capsules (and they leave capsules for you throughout your stay, not just on the first day) - very comfortable bed - very spacious and semi-covered parking in the yard - it is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts - the check-in process is very simple

The property is composed of 4 rooms on the ground floor, with direct access from the inner courtyard and 4 rooms on the first floor with access through an external staircase. We were accommodated in a room on the first floor, which has a small balcony. The rooms are oriented to the southwest and offer a partial view to the sea, to the bay in the Keri beach area. Car access can be done from the main road (Zakynthos – Keri) from two directions, it is preferable to use the second exit, taking the longer road that surrounds the Keri lake area, because the first exit is a very narrow road that does not allow the passage of two cars at the same time. There is the possibility to park in the inner courtyard, or next to the property, in specially arranged places.

Very very friendly staff and clean place. The hotel is in the end of Kavos so it’s very quiet and calm. The breakfast is delicious. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stayed only for one night, that’s why can’t say much about villa. Seems like a good place to spend holidays with family near the beach. Different restaurants are nearby. Parking on territory and nearby. You have your own terrace with sunbeds. Netflix on TV
