They have been extremely helpful, shared a cup of coffee, information about Guatemala and some funny stories with us, they even took us to the airport very early in the morning without us expecting them to and gave us a delicious empanada packed breakfast (with veggie option, so lovely!) 5 minutes from airport, wonderful sunset view with the volcanoes. If there were more than 10 stars to leave I totally would!

The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was super clean. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person, exactly what I needed! I needed to have three business meetings in the morning (video calls) and the internet was perfect! I had no issues meeting with my clients. It’s inside a gated community and there was parking for my truck (a big pick up) my Spanish is not that good so when I received the confirmation I didn’t realize I had to pay in cash or deposit into their bank account. I had a knock at the door asking me to pay and I only had credit cards. He explained cash only or deposit in his bank account. I quickly made a phone call to transfer the money. There was not a problem at all. He was very patient with me and allowed time for this to take place. I sent him a confirmation of the deposit and all was good. I will absolutely stay here anytime I need to be in the capital by myself! Or the larger room if I’m not alone. But I will stay here again!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m sure it was no small feat since a long weekend with added demand.

I arrived into Guatemala quite late at night but the host was very helpful with my arrival. It was nice to have a hot shower, clean room & comfortable bed after my long journey. The area was quiet & I had a very good sleep. Breakfast and coffee was included & was very nice. The host helped me arrange a shuttle to Lake Atitlan for the next day :)
