How to open the windows (different than any windows in the US)? There’s a video to show you how. The proprietor of this property is great with communication and accommodating requests when possible. This isn’t really a hotel per se. It appears to be a residential building with 4 private hotel rooms inside and they are super secure and super quiet. Keyboard entry and welcome drinks. Such amazing hospitality!

Casa Columba is a beautiful boutique hotel located right off of one of the most charming streets in Makarska. It’s an easy 5 minute walk from the main bus station, making it an easy spot to travel in and out of Makarska. While it’s tucked away in a quiet corner, it’s only a short walk to great restaurants, stores and beaches. The adults-only hotel is beautifully renovated, and very charming. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, masterfully decorated, exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable. The host, Dino, clearly took a lot of pride in crafting an oasis with this entire space. He, Yan Yan, and Eddie were welcoming and kind, and as a solo traveler I felt both safe and incredibly comfortable. I have to call out Yan Yan in particular for being especially thoughtful, professional and warm. He really helped set a positive tone at the start of every day with exceptional service at breakfast and throughly the day with thoughtful suggestions and recommendations. I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was - his energy was a cherry on top of an already lovely stay. I look forward to recommending Casa Columba to friends and family, and returning again one day!

The air-conditioned accommodation is 100 metres from Resnik Beach, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Spaladium Arena is 23 km away and Split Archaeological Museum is 23 km from the guest house. Only 10 min walk from the airport. Very clean and cozy. The host was were friendly.

Antares Luxury Rooms 1 is situated on the seafront in Split, 400 metres from Bacvice Beach and 700 metres from Diocletian's Palace. It is located 2 km from Park Mladeži Stadium and features private check-in and check-out. The property is close to popular attractions like Split Archaeological Museum, People's Square - Pjaca and Republic Square - Prokurative. It's a lovely place, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the nice AirCo is a plus. Unfortunately we stayed only one night, I would definitely stay longer. About parking, we went straight to the parking lot next to the train station. We've been in Split other times and already new the place, and we need to catch the ferry next morning,so that was the best option. It cost 35 euros per day (quite expensive, but it is what it's) and it's about 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Around the apartment was super full when we arrived, but in the morning when we we were leaving we've see a lot of cars leaving as well, so maybe if you arrive at the right time, you will manage to park there.
