This isn’t really a hotel per se. It appears to be a residential building with 4 private hotel rooms inside and they are super secure and super quiet. Keyboard entry and welcome drinks. Such amazing hospitality!

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend stay! Dino went out of his way to pamper us and make everything effortless from start to finish. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from charming restaurants, lively cafés, and plenty of culture to explore. Our room was spotless, modern, and felt wonderfully luxurious. On top of that, Dino surprised us with a voucher for a delicious breakfast at a stunning spot right on the boulevard – the perfect start to each day. The price–quality ratio is truly remarkable, and the warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay in Split – highly recommended!

Everything was well thought of from the smallest details - little chocolate bars, water in the minifridge, plenty of towels, dimming curtains, nespresso machine etc. The room and the bathroom looked luxurious and the bathroom had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable. The appartment is located near the old town, so it was easy and fast to move around. The neighbourhood was rather quiet for those who appreciate a good sleep. The host was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend!
